I spent a magical hour with Laura experiencing the joy and beauty of nature. Experiencing the natural world with all of my senses brought me fully into the present moment. Laura guided the meditations to facilitate this, holding a safe space to experience whatever it is that you most need to receive at the time. Deeply healing and inspiring, I felt connected to the earth and myself; a feeling of being home. What a truly joyful and unique experience. Laura is sensitive, gentle and naturally gifted in connecting with nature. I highly recommend this for everyone who needs to pause from this often busy fast-paced world.
I've had 5 nature meditation sessions with Laura so far. I was amazed how soon I started to feel relaxed. With Laura's gentle guidance I was more and more able to soak up the calm and beauty of the woods around us with all its scents, textures and sounds. I feel very comfortable and safe with Laura during the sessions and have also enjoyed a chat walking there and back. Coming regularly, in different weather, mood and health has been great. Each experience has been positive and has felt tailored to what I needed at that moment. I always look forward to our sessions.

I had such a wonderful experience connecting with nature in Laura’s meditation session. As soon as I entered the wood I immediately felt calmer and more peaceful. Laura has been volunteering for Suzy, who is recovering from a stroke, for the past 2 years. She has taken her out weekly for an hours nature meditation. Suzy tells me she absolutely loves her time with Laura. Mention Laura to Suzy and her whole face lights up. You can sense the joy and pleasure that Laura has brought into her life. Her family tell me that Suzy often cancels things and withdraws but never with Laura who is undoubtedly the highlight of her week and has given her a sense of inner peace and balance that she doesn't get anywhere else. I have been meditating with varied commitment and regularity for 20 years. This meditation experience really impacted me on a deep level. I found Laura’s voice so calming and I was surprised how quickly my overactive mind calmed and I engaged 100%. My mind often wanders during meditation but I was very present and relaxed. The effects of the session lasted as well. The following days I found myself intentionally drawing my attention back to my senses much more regularly than I would usually do. I would love to do this weekly.
Laura's gentle voice guided me into and through specific relaxation routes that enabled me to feel connected and protected within the woodland. I was invited to be barefoot and therefore was gifted the most wonderful expereince: to envelop my feet in what I can only describe as forest slippers! After the session I felt uplifted yet grounded, refreshed in mind and held in heart. I can definitely feel the benefits of having spent time really noticing the subtle details in the woods using all of my senses. I also enjoyed hearing some beautiful nature poetry too.
